Ashwaubenon, WI – The Adrian College NCAA women’s hockey team played St. Norbert College in game two of their Northern Collegiate Hockey Association contest, skating to a 3-3 tie through overtime and losing in the shootout 2-1.

After Adrian’s 2-1 overtime win Friday night, the Bulldogs came out strong. Tia Lascelle scored on the powerplay with assists by Aileena Dopheide and Kathryn Truban 9:48 into the game. SNC responded quickly to make it 1-1 through 20 minutes of play.

In the second, it was AC’s Karmen Anderson stealing the puck away from the Green Knight and scoring on a breakaway 12:59 into the period to make it 2-1. Another answer by St. Norbert 33 seconds later made it 2-2 after two periods.
