Lenawee County, MI – Two Lenawee County girls basketball teams are looking to punch their tickets to the Breslin Center at Michigan State University later this week. To do that, Tecumseh and Morenci must win their MHSAA quarterfinal games tonight. Both games will be carried on the Lenawee Broadcasting Company radio stations:
Tecumseh (24-1 overall, 10-0 SEC White) vs. Goodrich (23-3 overall, 10-0 Flint Metro League – Starts) @ Northville High School 7pm. John Koehn will be on the play-by-play on 96.5fm The Cave and 965thecave.com. The winner will play the winner of Gladstone/Frankenmuth in a Division 2 Semifinal Friday at 5:30pm at the Breslin Center at Michigan State University.
Morenci (24-1 overall, 11-1 Tri-County Conference) vs. Genesee Christian (23-2 overall, Independent) @ Brighton High School 7pm. Ian Wendt will be the call on 103.9fm WLEN and wlen.com. The winner will play the winner of Frankfort/Fowler in a Division 4 Semifinal Thursday at 7:30pm at the Breslin Center at Michigan State University.
