Lake Forest, Illinois – The college hockey season on 96.5fm The Cave continues this weekend from Lake Forest, Illinois. The Adrian College NCAA Bulldogs (12-3, 6-2 NCHA) take their nine-game winning streak to Alumni Memorial Fieldhouse as they battle the Lake Forest College Foresters (6-8-1, 2-5-1 NCHA).
The Foresters will be playing at their rink for the first since before Thanksgiving due to problems with the playing surface at the Fieldhouse. The Foresters, officially, have a 1-3-1 record at home…and the Bulldogs are 6-0 away from home this season.
The two teams have played each other 42 times, with Adrian holding a 38-2-2 advantage in the series. AC swept their home series with the Foresters in the 2023-24 season with 6-2 and 5-1 victories.
