Blissfield, MI – Longtime Blissfield Varsity Head Football Coach Ron Estes has decided to step down.
He announced his decision after 16 seasons in the position, serving two separate times… 2002-2012 and 2019-2023. Estes compiled 102 victories in his time at the helm for the Royals, which is the active leader for most victories by a football head coach in school history, according to a news release by Blissfield Community Schools.
Coach Estes led the Royals to 11 State Playoff appearances, including a State Runner-Up finish in 2007. Blissfield Community Schools thanks Estes for his leadership over the years.
