Adrian – “Inside the Cave” is expanding to Sunday mornings from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., as announced by Ian Wendt and John Roberts on Wednesday’s edition of “Inside the Cave”. The Sunday show’s first broadcast will occur this Sunday, February 7th. Co-hosts will be Jeff Bowman and Patt Hayes. The show will air live from ZZ’s Sports Bar and Grill at 520 College Ave. in Adrian.
This two-hour extra broadcast of “Inside the Cave” has been in the works for months, and now the show will air featuring rotating co-hosts each Sunday morning from the on-air staff of the weekday “Inside the Cave” programs. Content will feature a recap of the weekend’s local high school and college sports contests, plus state and national sports topics. This Sunday, Jeff and Patt will discuss those, as well as Super Bowl LV analysis ahead of the game. That game can be heard on 96.5fm The Cave with pre-game coverage beginning at 2 p.m. and the game kicking off at 6:30 p.m.
Subsequent shows will feature live coach and athlete interviews, as well as analysis and opinions of important sports topics of the day. Tune in each Sunday morning from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. for the Sunday edition of “Inside the Cave” on 96.5 FM or 965thecave.com.
