The Lenawee Christian Girls Basketball Team defeated Huron Valley Lutheran on their home floor Tuesday night 50-29 to advance to a Division 4 Regional Championship game against Allen Park Inter City Baptist Thursday night at 6pm at Lenawee Christian.
The Cougars opened the 1st quarter with a 9 point lead and steadily increased the margin throughout the game. They were paced in scoring by Dani Salenbien who led all scorers with 23 points. Libby Miller added 10 and Caitlin Anderson the D.S. Johnson Player of the Game had 8 points and double digit rebounds.
