The Siena Heights University Men’s Lacrosse team dropped a home WHAC match against Taylor Wednesday, 23-11. Sean Jablonski, Gio Marino and Joey Keck paced the Saint’s offensive with 3 goals a piece.

The Adrian College men’s volleyball team swept Hiram College in straight sets on the road Wednesday night, 25-19, 25-20, and 25-22.
The Bulldogs were paced offensively by Sam Landers, who recorded 12 kills. Dominic Rees added seven kills and four block assists, while Carson Bell chipped in five kills and two service aces.
Setter Logan Bender earned 23 assists and added 10 digs.
The Bulldogs improved their overall record to 10-11, and will face MCVL opponent University of Olivet Friday at 7pm on the road.

The Adrian College NCAA softball team opened its home schedule on Wednesday, hosting Heidelberg University in a non-conference doubleheader.
The Bulldogs dropped game one, 8-6, before bouncing back with a dominant 15-6 victory in five innings in game two.
In game one, Taylor Gerhardt and Karsyn Malinich led the Bulldogs offensively with two hits apiece. Avery Clark went the distance in the circle, allowing two earned runs on 11 hits while striking out eight.
In game two, Emmalee Shankel drove in four runs, while Karsyn Malinich, Abbie Hoff, and Meghan Kowalyk each added three RBIs.
Kira Stacey earned the win after allowing five earned runs over three innings.
The Bulldogs return to action on April 1st, when they host Ohio Northern University for a doubleheader beginning at 3:30 p.m.

The Adrian College baseball team opened up at home on Wednesday afternoon with a non-conference contest against Receiving-Votes The College of Wooster.
The 22nd-ranked Bulldogs won the contest 15-5 in eight innings.
The Bulldogs finished the game with 19 hits including three from Jack Boike and Nic Bruder.
Cam Oliver, Christian Oliver, Gabe Jones, Jake Burns, and Rolando Jimenez each had two hits. Jones led the team with five RBIs while Bruder and Burns each added three.
Ben Bates earned the win in relief tossing two innings allowing one run on one hit. The Bulldogs open up MIAA play on Friday, hosting Alma College at 4PM.

The Adrian College women’s lacrosse team delivered a commanding home victory Wednesday over Augustana, 24-9.
Jenna Allie led the offensive charge with a game-high six goals and added two assists, while Madeline Turcotte recorded a nine-point performance with five goals and four assists.
Kacie finished with four goals and four assists. Mariana Miller contributed five goals and an assist.
The Bulldogs will look to carry the momentum into conference play starting Saturday on the road at Alma at 4pm.

The Adrian College equestrian team had three members compete in the IHSA Semi Finals over the weekend in hope to earn a National Qualifier spot.
Christopher Warwick placed fourth in the High Point Rider Competition and will move on to Nationals, which will take place in Mill Spring, North Carolina in early May.
