The Morenci girls basketball downed Reading on Monday night, 66-20 at home. Emersyn Bachelder had a huge night, with 30 points and 6 rebounds.
Colbie Ekins had 13 points for the Bulldogs. Morenci will host Lenawee Christian on Wednesday in a big TCC contest.

Ella Salenbien continues to put her name in the Adrian High School girls basketball’s record books, as the senior became Adrian’s career rebounding leader in the Maple’s 45-26 loss to Chelsea.
Salenbien now has 802 rebounds, surpassing Rhonda (Moorehead) Hubbard’s mark of 800 set from 1978-1981. She also led Adrian in scoring against the Bulldogs, with 18 points.

The Britton-Deerfield girls basketball team fell to East Jackson, 40-24. Dotson paced the Patriots with 17 points.

The Sand Creek girls basketball team dropped their game to Dundee, 44-33. Steinke led the Aggies with 11 points.

The Adrian Maples boys basketball team lost a close contest with SEC White foe Chelsea, 61-59.
Ryder Borton led Adrian with 23 points and 5 rebounds. Jaxon Francis had 17 points, and Calvin Polley dished-out 10 assists and scored 10 points.
The Maples fall to 4-6 in the SEC White, and 12-6 overall. Adrian will travel to South Lyon tonight.

A strong showing in the baker games helped the Adrian boys bowling team past Monroe, 19-11. Thomas Darr had a standout singles performance, with a 193 and 257.
The Adrian girls lost to Monroe, 20-10. Brandi Darr had two solid games in the singles round… a 164 and 179.

The Blissfield boys bowling team rolled to a 29-1 victory over LCAA foe Clinton on Monday night.
There were multiple 200-plus pin games by multiple bowlers: Matthew Anderson topped them all with a 290. Jon Cheney rolled a 218 and 239, Cash Moore threw a 212 and 232, and Alex Kudlac had a 226 and 204.
Cameron Spas achieved a personal milestone by rolling a 204.

The Madison Trojans boys bowling defeated Dundee, 22.5 to 7.5. Grayson Hill had a 263 and 243, Hayden Downard threw a 247, and Zack Koebbe rolled a 204.
The girls downed Dundee as well, 28.5 to 1.5. Angelina Alvarez fired a 199 and Paige Underwood threw a 155.

The Siena Heights University athletic department will host its annual Spring Coaches Preview at Aubree’s Pizzeria and Grill on Monday, February 16th…and will be aired on 96.5 The Cave.
The live show will air from 5pm to 7pm. The preview will feature coaches from spring sports teams highlighting the 2026 spring seasons.

The Siena Heights men’s lacrosse team opened its 2026 season Sunday morning, falling 19–8 to St. Ambrose in a nonconference matchup at High Velocity Sports.
The Saints were led offensively by Gio Marino, who finished with two goals and two assists. Sean Jablonski added two goals and an assist, while Joey Keck scored twice.

The latest NCAA Division III Men’s Coaches Poll has been released, and Adrian College continues its upward momentum, climbing to 19th in the nation after being ranked 22nd in the previous poll.
Individually, the Bulldogs remain well represented on the national stage. Adrian Rosas holds strong at 12th in the country at 125 pounds, maintaining a perfect 15-0 record on the season.
Aiden Smith continues to shine at 157 pounds, ranked second nationally with an impressive 20-1 record. Spencer Vos also remains in the regional rankings at 184 pounds.
The Adrian College men’s wrestling team is gearing up for a MIAA Dual vs The University of Olivet on Thursday at 7pm.

The Bulldogs are 3rd in the USCHO.com and 2nd in the DIIIHockeyNews polls. Adrian enters the week with a 17-5-1 overall record after their sweep of Concordia University-Wisconsin.

Adrian College head coach Chad Davis talked about the memorable moment by his senior goalie Vanessa Ruban, who made 17 saves in Saturday’s 5-2 win over the Falcons…
The Saturday victory pushed AC back to the top of the NCHA standings with two games remaining in the regular season.
