The Siena Heights men’s wrestling team totaled a 3-1 record during WHAC Super Duals at Defiance over the weekend. Grant Richardson went 3-0 in the 184-pound weight class, getting two major decisions and one decision. Randy Frailey added two wins at 133 and Danielle Gravette took two victories at 149.

The Siena Heights wrestling team dropped a 38-9 contest to WHAC opponent Indiana Tech on Friday. Alexus Shaneyfelt recorded a fall in the 145-pound match and Aveona Edwards had a tech fall at 110 for the Saints.

The Adrian College women’s wrestling team hit the road to compete in a highly competitive East Stroudsburg Duals Sunday, finishing the day in 10th place out of 12 teams.
The Bulldogs opened up against East Stroudsburg, falling 13-34, following up falling against Western New England 9-40, then falling to Brock University 19-29, Felician University 17-29, and Lock Haven 10-37. The Bulldogs won their final match against Liberty University, 23-20. Both Freshman Zionah Gardner and Grad student Carleigh Czerneski both won all of their match-ups.
