The Adrian College men’s golf team wrapped up the MIAA fall season on Monday afternoon, competing in the final Jamboree of the year, finishing fifth overall.
Carter Klawonn led the way for Adrian with a 76, followed by Mason Gurney with a 79. Jack Vogel and Jaden Eggers each carded 80s, while Michael Shubeck rounded out the lineup with an 82, highlighted by an eagle on the par-5 ninth hole.
The Bulldogs will close out their fall schedule on October 20th–21st in Springfield, Ohio.

The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association announced its Athletes of the Week on Monday, with Adrian College freshman soccer player Dominic Kretschmer earning MIAA Defensive Player of the Week honors.
Kretschmer helped the Bulldogs to victory over the University of Olivet Tuesday with the game-winning goal in the 3-2 contest. He also scored Saturday at Kalamazoo College in a 2-2 draw.
The Bulldogs will be back in action Wednesday as they host Albion College at 7pm.

Siena Heights senior women’s cross country runner, Haley Bell, was named the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Runner of the Week on Monday.
On Saturday, Bell finished 15th at Taylor University’s Ray Bullock Invitational in Upland, Indiana.
