The Tecumseh High School Girls Swim Team won their first conference meet of the season against Lincoln at the Lincoln High School Pool on Thursday, 87-83.
The Swim Tribe had four first place finishes, including Maddy Proskie in the 200 yard freestyle, Madison Betz in the 200 yard IM, Aubree Barkway in the 50 yard Freestyle, and the 200 Freestyle Relay of Aubrey Russell, Madison Betz, Aubree Barkway, and Ciel Solberg.
Tecumseh’s next meet is the SMISL Relays scheduled for Saturday at the Adrian High School Pool at 10am.

The Sand Creek Aggies girls volleyball team took Erie Mason to 5 sets on Thursday, but ultimately dropped the TCC match.
Stat leaders for the Creek included:
Lily Hawkins – 21 assists, 7 kills and 5 aces
Kayla Meszaros – 14 digs and 3 aces
Sydney Marks – 10 kills
Emma Maxwell – 7 kills

Tecumseh girls volleyball hosted a quad on Thursday, coming away with a 3-0 on the night. The Indians took-down Parma Western, Ann Arbor Pioneer, and Monroe in straight sets.
Stat leaders for Tecumseh were:
Emma Eldred: 24 kills
Chloe Bullinger: 12 digs, 4 blocks, and 10 assists
Lily Gnodtke: 49 assists and 3 blocks
Maddie McFarland: 14 kills and 8 blocks
Addi Zajac: 15 kills
Riley Harrah: 14 kills and 11 digs
Tecumseh improves to 13-1 on the season and plays again Saturday at the Mason Invitational.

The Adrian Maples boys tennis team beat rival Tecumseh 8-0, securing another SEC White victory.
The Maples improved their overall record to 7-3-4, and 2-0 in conference play. Adrian will be back on the courts Monday against Milan.

Adrian Girls Golf traveled to Bedford and dropped both ends of a tri match to Monroe 199 and Bedford 205. Adrian shot 268.
Maple scores were Laila Rising 63, Nicole Rodocker and Mia Ayers 68, Alexis Fox 69 and Claire Judson 79.
Adrian will travel to Dexter to play the host and Ann Arbor Huron on Tuesday at the Hudson Mills Metro Park.

Adrian boys soccer beat Lincoln 4-0, bringing their record to 5-2-1.
Goals were scored by Nate Wojcik, Carter Allen, Donovan Lilly, and Jesus Garces. Santiago Bernal picked up an assist in the SEC White victory.
Goal keeper Nolan Wood had five saves for Adrian.

The Clinton Redwolves boys soccer team used two second half goals to defeat Lenawee Christian on Thursday, 2-0.
LCS goalies Zyan Breznik had 14 saves in the loss. The Cougars play Monroe St. Mary’s at home on Tuesday.

The Blissfield girls cross country team has put together a strong start to the 2025 season. Senior standout Hope Miller earned Iott Insurance Athlete of the Week honors from the staff at 96.5 The Cave, and was a recent guest on the morning show.
