Adrian, MI – Another busy weekend of local sports on 103.9fm WLEN and 96.5fm The Cave! Here’s the breakdown:
Friday, October 27th – On 103.9fm WLEN, John Koehn will be in the Lansing area, as Adrian High School plays Haslett in the first round of the MHSAA football playoffs. On 96.5fm The Cave, Ian Wendt and Fred Smith will be in Clinton for the second straight week, as the Blissfield Royals will play the Clinton Redwolves for the second time this season…but tonight it will be for the right to play for a district championship next Friday. Clinton beat Blissfield 50-0 earlier this season.
Saturday, October 28th – College football will dominate Saturday afternoons, with both Siena Heights University and Adrian College in action. First, at SHU, the Saints are coming off an upset of #12 Concordia and will host Lawrence Tech at Noon. Jeremy Otto will have the play-by-play on 96.5fm The Cave. After a bye week last week, the Bulldogs will host Albion College at 3pm. Ian Wendt and Calvin Keyes will be on the call on 103.9fm WLEN.
