The Madison boys bowling team rolled their way to a regional championship on Thursday afternoon at Lenawee Rec, and will move on to States.

Five Blissfield boys bowlers qualified as individuals for States… Alex Kudlac, Cash Moore, Matthew Anderson, Collin Retter, and Jon Cheney. Onsted’s Jayden Valasek will also bowl at States.
On the girl’s side… Clinton’s Sierra Welch will bowl at States due to her efforts in regional play. Britton-Deerfield will be represented by Russell Scott at States. Sand Creek’s Peyton Luck advanced through the regional round as well.

Two of the three Lenawee County wrestling teams won regional titles earlier this week, with Hudson and Clinton moving on to the Division 4 state quarterfinal round.
The Tigers and Redwolves will be in action on February 27th. Onsted wrestling fell to state power Dundee in Regional play.

The Adrian College women’s basketball celebrated senior day on Wednesday with a must-win against the University of Olivet…which they did, 80-59.
Head coach Sam Miller had this to say about the 2026 seniors…
The Bulldogs travel to Albion College Saturday in another must-win if they want to reach the postseason. AC also needs Kalamazoo to defeat Alma to play in the MIAA playoffs.

Tune in for NCAA hockey this afternoon and evening as both men’s and women’s teams at Adrian College play in their conference playoffs.
The two-game quarterfinal round for the top-seeded Bulldog men will put them against Lake Forest College in AC’s quest for the Harris Cup, and the automatic berth into the NCAA tournament.
