Tecumseh volleyball competed in the regional semifinal match against Harper Creek on Tuesday, sweeping Harper Creek in three straight sets with scores of 25-13, 25-18, and 25-15.
Stat leaders were:
Emma Eldred: 12 kills
Addi Zajac: 12 kills
Lily Gnodtke: 34 assists
Riley Harrah: 8 kills and 7 digs
Maddy VanBlack 10 digs and 3 aces
Tecumseh next plays on Thursday at 6:30pm at Charlotte High School against Parma Western for the Regional Championship.

The Lenawee Christian Cougars volleyball team lost in the regional semifinals to Hillsdale Academy in five sets.
Scores were: 29-27, 22-25, 25-16, 22-25, and 9-15.

The Siena Heights and Adrian College women’s basketball teams will play each other for the final time tonight.
The game will take place at SHU beginning at 6pm. The All-Time Series, according to Siena Heights website, leans in favor of SHU, 28-24. The Saints have won 9 of the last 10.
The Siena Heights and Adrian College men’s basketball teams will play for the Milk Jug one final time tonight at the SHU Fieldhouse.
The Saints lead the all-time series, according to the SHU website, 32-12. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m.
Both the women’s and men’s games will be aired on 96.5 the Cave.

WeCOACH has announced the upcoming 55th class of the NCAA Women Coaches Academy, set to take place later this week in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Hosted in collaboration with the NCAA, this Academy offers a multi-day transformational experience focused on leadership development and personal growth for women coaches from all sports and collegiate levels, including both two-year and four-year institutions. Since its inception, more than 2,400 coaches have graduated from the NCAA WCA.
Adrian College head club volleyball coach and assistant NCAA women’s volleyball coach, Hannah Galloway was selected to be in attendance for the Women Coaches Academy.
WCA Class #55 features 78 women coaches representing 18 different sports, and 679 total years of coaching experience. Participants come from a diverse collection of institutions across NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, as well as the NAIA and NJCAA.
