Siena Heights men’s volleyball player Zak Tucker was named Setter of the Week for the NAIA, as announced by the national body on Tuesday. Tucker finished with 81 assists, averaging 11.57 per set, during SHU’s 1-1 week as the Saints fell to Bethel, 3-1, and defeated Goshen, 3-0.

Jonas Earns National D3 Team of the Week Honor…

The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association announced that Michael Jonas, of Adrian College, earned himself a spot on the National D3 Team of the Week.

Jonas buried 8 goals in the Adrian College men’s lacrosse contest last week, which saw the Bulldogs fall to Illinois Wesleyan, 23-18, on the road. Jonas led the charge with 8 goals, 3 assists, and 11 points in the contest…tying the all-time program record for individual points in a single game, which he set last season.

The USILA D3 Team of the Week nod is the first of the Holland, Michigan native, and Jonas is only the third player in Adrian College men’s lacrosse program history to receive the national recognition.
