East Lansing, MI – The Tecumseh Indians postseason run has put them two wins from a state championship. Solid defense and many players stepping up offensively has lifted the Tribe to a District Title, Regional Championship, and most recently a Quarterfinal win over Goodrich, 61-53.
Tecumseh (25-1 overall, 10-0 SEC White) will face Frankenmuth (23-4 overall, 11-1 Tri-Valley Conference – Red) today at 5:30pm at the home court for Michigan State University, the Breslin Center. The other Division 2 semifinal will take place after Tecumseh’s contest, with Grand Rapids West Catholic squaring-off against Detroit Edison. The championship game is scheduled for 6:15pm Saturday at MSU.
