Adrian, MI – High school and college football will be back this weekend on the Lenawee County Radio Stations. Here’s a look ahead:
Friday, November 4th – High school playoff football continues for four Lenawee County teams, and we will be carrying three of them Friday night.
- On 103.9fm WLEN, John Koehn will be in Jackson, as the Hudson Tigers (9-1) travel north to take-on Jackson Lumen Christi (6-3) for a D7 District Championship at 7pm.
- On 96.5fm The Cave, Ian Wendt will be at Riverview Community Schools for the Tecumseh Indians (10-0), as they battle the Riverview Pirates (10-0) for a D4 District Title at 7pm.
- On 95.3fm WQTE, Steve Barkway and John Roberts will stay in Lenawee County, with the Clinton Redwolves (10-0) are hosting the Ecorse Raiders (9-1) for a D6 District Championship…starting at 7pm.
Saturday, November 5th – College football takes over on Saturday, and both Lenawee County teams are on the road.
- In Indianapolis, the Siena Heights University Saints (4-4, 3-2 MSFA) play their second top-10 opponent in as many weeks…the #7 Marian Knights (6-1, 4-1 MSFA). Chris Renwick will be on the call for 96.5fm The Cave…with a 1pm kickoff.
- In Alma, the Adrian College Bulldogs (5-3, 2-2 MIAA) play an undefeated opponent for the second straight week… the Alma College Scots (8-0, 4-0 MIAA). Catch the game at 1pm on 103.9fm WLEN with Ian Wendt on the play-by-play.
