Tecumseh, MI – The Lenawee County Cross Country Preview Meet was held today in Tecumseh. On the boys side, the Adrian Maples showed early season strength by placing 5 of the top 6 finishers to capture the title with 16 points. Runner-up went to Lenawee Christian with 63 points. The rest of the standings went in order as follows: Tecumseh (116), Hudson (123), Onsted (145), Madison (145), Morenci (153), Clinton (163), Addison (236). Blissfield, Britton-Deerfield, and Sand Creek did not have enough runners to earn a team score for this meet.
In the girls race, it was the Tecumseh Indians depth paving the way for them to take home top honors with 48 points. They were followed by Onsted (72), Adrian (79), Blissfield (83), Clinton (92), Hudson (135), Sand Creek (172). Morenci, Lenawee Christian, BD, Madison, and Addison did not have enough runners to earn a team score for this meet.
