
In a preview of their Division 3 district semi final next Wednesday, the Lenawee Christian Cougars defeated the Sand Creek Aggies 80-50 Thursday night at the Merilatt Sport and Fitness Center on the campus of Adrian College. The Cougars used a 17-0 first half run to build a 24-5 lead only to see the Aggies cut it to 35-24 at half time. A 27-10 third quarter put it away for the Cougars. 11 different players scored for Lenawee Christian and they were led by the D.S. Johnson and Associates Player of the Game Hutson Hohlbein with 16 points. Adam Baker added 14 and Gavin Sluss 10. Tylan Waltz led all scorers with 17 for sand Creek. Noah Benge had 14 and Gavin Elliot 13.
