Erie Mason: With a 90- 62 win over Onsted, The Erie Mason Eagles win back to back LCAA Boys Basketball Championships and now next year they will join the TCC. They game started out fast paced as the two teams combined for 12 3 pointers in the first quarter with Erie Mason leading 25-21. The Eagles extended the half time lead to 49-42 and 68-53 after three quarters and then pulled away for the 90-62 win. Erie Mason was led by U of D Mercy commit Joe Liedel with 36 points including 6 3 pointers, with a couple of those being just over the half court line. Onsted was led by Trey Linhart with 17 and Rourke Barth had 16 in the loss. Erie Mason is now 16-3 and will finish the regular season on Thursday against Greenhills. Onsted falls to 12-7 and host Clinton on Thursday for the regular season finale.
